To fully commercialize this transformative technology, Professor Parrott founded Premirr Plastics, LLC with the help of the New Enterprise Opportunity (NEO) Program at the University of North Carolina. All incorporation paperwork was filed and a Certificate of Formation was received on July 21, 2015.
